Abstract
This research is to know the effect of workload, organizational culture and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Fasdeli Group employees. This research was conducted on 86 respondents using a quantitative approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample techniques. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that workload has a negatif and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Fasdeli Group employees, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Fasdeli Group employees, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Fasdeli Group. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 86 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Fasdeli Group, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Fasdeli Group, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Fasdeli Group.
