Abstract
In the rapidly evolving digital era, social media marketing has become crucial for SMEs. The partner, Caillie.co, faced challenges in interpreting social media metrics, did not prioritize Instagram monitoring, and struggled with creating effective captions, determining optimal posting times, and selecting relevant hashtags. To address these issues, a practical mentorship concept was implemented, focusing on data-driven social media planning and management. This approach involved using analytical tools such as Insight and Social Blade to provide in-depth insights into content performance. Additionally, intensive training was conducted to enhance skills in creating captions, determining posting times, and selecting hashtags. The activities took place from March 2023 to July 2024, involving social media planning and management, as well as mini workshops and training sessions. Tools like Insight and Social Blade were used for monitoring and evaluating content performance, allowing for ongoing strategy adjustments and improvements. The mentorship successfully improved the partner's understanding of analytical tools, with content achieving target results. On Instagram, followers increased from 10,300 to 10,581, showing significant growth in engagement and reach. On TikTok, followers rose from 429 to 460, with peak engagement reaching 69% in May. Captions and hashtags became more relevant, and positive customer testimonials indicated satisfaction with the products and services. Mitra UMKM Caillie.co mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca metrik media sosial, tidak memprioritaskan monitoring Instagram, serta menghadapi tantangan dalam membuat caption yang efektif, menentukan waktu unggah yang optimal, dan memilih hashtag yang relevan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, konsep pendampingan praktis diterapkan, berfokus pada perencanaan dan pengelolaan media sosial berbasis data. Pendekatan ini melibatkan penggunaan tools analitik seperti Insight dan Social Blade untuk memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai performa konten. Selain itu, pelatihan intensif diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pembuatan caption, penentuan waktu unggah, dan pemilihan hashtag. Kegiatan berlangsung dari Maret 2023 hingga Juli 2024. Metode yang digunakan termasuk perencanaan dan pengelolaan media sosial, serta pelaksanaan mini workshop dan pelatihan. Tools seperti Insight dan Social Blade digunakan untuk monitoring dan evaluasi performa konten, sehingga strategi dapat disesuaikan dan ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan. Pendampingan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mitra dalam penggunaan tools analitik, dengan hasil konten yang memenuhi target. Di Instagram, jumlah pengikut meningkat dari 10.300 menjadi 10.581, dengan peningkatan engagement dan jangkauan yang signifikan. Di TikTok, pengikut naik dari 429 menjadi 460, dengan engagement tertinggi mencapai 69% pada bulan Mei. Caption dan hashtag yang digunakan lebih relevan, dan testimoni positif dari pelanggan menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap produk dan layanan.
