Abstract
This study aims to determine how Compensation, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction influence Turnover Intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with research subjects at PT. Waterfront Sekuritas Indonesia. The population in this study was 45 employees of PT. Waterfront Sekuritas Indonesia. The research method used in this study is the interview method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data processing used is Partial Least Square. The results of this study are that Compensation has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention and Job satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Trunover Intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian pada PT. Waterfront Sekuritas Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang karyawan PT. Waterfront Sekuritas Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Turnover Intention.
