Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bagus Advertising. In this research, the method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 107 permanent employees as respondents. By using the Probability Sampling sample method, the population as a whole is used to determine the sample size. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin kerja, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bagus Advertising. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 107 karyawan tetap sebagai responden. Dengan menggunakan metode sampel Probability Sampling, populasi secara keseluruhan digunakan untuk menentukan ukuran sampel. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
