Abstract

The Integrated Islamic Primary School Granada is an educational institution established with the aim of providing quality primary education with an Islamic approach, thus expecting to have excellent performance as teachers play a crucial role in the school. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and organizational culture on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an mediation variable. Quantitative method was employed using a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling method where all members of the population are used as samples in the research, encompassing all 49 teachers of the Integrated Islamic Primary School Granada. The analysis was conducted quantitatively through questionnaire data collection. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used as the analytical method, with Smart – PLS employed as the analytical tool. The expected contribution of this research is to support the improvement of teachers, especially at the Integrated Islamic Primary School Granada. The conclusions of the research indicate that workload does not effect significantly on job satisfaction, workload has a significantly negative effect on teachers performance, organizational culture has a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significantly positive effect on teachers performance, job satisfaction has a significantly positive effect on teachers performance, job satisfaction has a mediates the effect of organizational culture on teachers performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect workload on teachers performance. Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Granada merupakan sebuah institusi pendidikan yang didirikan dengan tujuan memberikan pendidikan dasar yang berkualitas dengan pendekatan Islam sehingga diharapkan mempunyai kinerja yang baik karena kinerja guru sangat mempunyai peran penting bagi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu merupakan teknik penentuan sampel dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yang merupakan semua guru Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Granada yang berjumlah 49 guru, analisis dilakukan secara metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Kontribusi yang diharapkan penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mendukung peningkatan guru khususnya di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Granada. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru.
