Abstract

The traditional medium of television has adapted by presenting a form of online television. Television. A significant impact of the digital revolution is the birth of new media that provides a different experience in consuming content and getting entertainment. In Indonesia, there are several types of online television applications such as video, UseeTV Go and RCTI+.#Idolyfe is an exclusive talk show program that is interesting and exciting with the contestants of Indonesian Idol season 12.RCTI+'s exclusive program is refreshing, bringing a variety of entertainment for today's youth. The purpose of this study is to determine how the PaNoRaMa fanbase's satisfaction differs in consuming #Idolfye content on the Instagram and TikTok social media platforms on the @rctiplusofficial account. The research method is quantitative which uses the positivism paradigm. The result of this study is that there is no difference in the satisfaction of the PaNaRoMa fanbase in consuming #Idolfye content on the Instagram and TikTok social media platforms on the @rctiplusofficial account. This study found that the motives of PaNaRoMa's fanbase in using Instagram@rctiplusofficial and TikTok significantly affect their satisfaction on each of these platforms. Instagram usage motives also significantly affect fanbase satisfaction on TikTok, while TikTok usage motives do not significantly affect satisfaction on Instagram. Simultaneously, the motives for using both platforms significantly affect fanbase satisfaction on each platform. Media tradisional televisi telah beradaptasi dengan menghadirkan bentuk televisi online. Televisi. Dampak Signifikan dari revolusi digital adalah lahirnya media baru yang memberikan pengalamanberbeda dalam mengonsumsi konten dan mendapatkan hiburan. Di Indonesia terdapat beberapa jenis aplikasi televisi online seperti video, UseeTV Go dan RCTI+.#Idolyfe merupakan program eksklusif talkshow yang menarik dan seru bersama para kontestan Indonesian Idol season 12. Program eksklusif RCTI+ yang menyegarkan, membawa ragam hiburan anak muda masa kini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan kepuasan fanbase PaNoRaMa dalam mengkonsumsi konten #Idolfye di platform media sosial Instagram dan TikTok pada akun @rctiplusofficial. Penelitian meneggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggumpulkan data melalui survei yang disebarkan kepada 200 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motif fanbase PaNaRoMa dalam menggunakan media sosial Instagram @rctiplusofficial berpengaruh 99.5% terhadap Kepuasan fanbase PaNaRoMa dalam menggunakan media sosial Instagram @rctiplusofficial (Y2), sedangkan untuk sisanya 0.5% dijelaskan oleh faktor - faktor lain. Selain itu, Motif fanbase PaNaRoMa dalam menggunakan media sosial TikTok @rctiplusofficial berpengaruh 91.4% terhadap Kepuasan fanbase PaNaRoMa dalam menggunakan media sosial TikTok @rctiplusofficial (Y2), sedangkan untuk sisanya 8.6% dijelaskan oleh faktor - faktor lain.
