Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of work engagement and learning organizations on work performance of employees PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique to obtained a sample of 167 respondents from a population of 901. The research results prove that there is a positive and significant influence work engagement on work performance with an R² value of 0.509. The positive and significant influence of learning organizations on work performance with an R² value of 0.90. The positive and significant influence of work engagement and learning organization on the work performance of employees PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur simultaneously with an R² value of 0.906 or 90.6% and the remaining 9.4% (100%-90.6%) is influenced by other factors. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan kerja dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan spss versi 26. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang memperoleh sampel sebanyak 167 responden dari 901 populasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterikatan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R² sebesar 0.509. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R² sebesar 0.90. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterikatan kerja dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur secara simultan dengan nilai R² sebesar 0.906 atau 90.6% dan sisanya sebanyak 9.4% (100%-90.6%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
