Abstract

The Ministry of State Secretariat is one of the government institutions that has the responsibility to handle government affairs in providing technical, administrative and analytical support to the President and Vice President in carrying out state power. This research aims to analyze the effect of Work Culture and Compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction. Quantitative method, using a saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique where all members of the population used as samples in this research are 68 employees of the Ministry of State Secretariat at the Human Resources Bureau. The analysis was carried out quantitatively using a questionnaire collection method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as an analysis method and Smart – PLS is used as an analysis tool. The expected contribution of this research can be used to support improving employee performance, especially in the Ministry of State Secretariat. The conclusion from the research that has been conducted is that work culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, compensation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect positive and significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the effect of work culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the effect of compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Keyword: Work Culture, Compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction Kementerian Sekretariat Negara sebagai salah satu institusi pemerintah yang memiliki tanggung jawab menangani urusan pemerintahan dalam memberikan dukungan teknis, administrasi, dan analisis kepada Presiden dan Wakil Presiden dalam menyelenggarakan kekuasaan Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja. Metode kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kementerian Sekretariat Negara pada Biro Sumber Daya Manusia sejumlah 68 pegawai, analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart-PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Kontribusi yang diharapkan penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai khususnya di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kompensasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
