Abstract
PT. Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty) is a property company focused on the development and management of properties for Telkom Indonesia and other property businesses, aiming to achieve good performance, thus playing a crucial role for the company. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediation variable. Utilizing a quantitative method with purposive sampling—a sampling technique based on specific considerations to ensure that the data obtained will be more representative of the 245 employees at PT. Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty) Jakarta—the analysis was conducted quantitatively through a questionnaire collection method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used as the analysis method, and Smart-PLS was used as the analysis tool. The expected contribution of this research is to support the improvement of employees, particularly at PT. Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty) Jakarta. The conclusions of the research indicate that workload has a significantly negative effect on job satisfaction, workload does not affect employee performance, organizational culture has a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significantly positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significantly positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of workload on employee performance. Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty) merupakan perusahaan properti yang fokus pada pengembangan dan pengelolaan properti untuk Telkom Indonesia dan bisnis properti lainnya sehingga diharapkan mempunyai kinerja yang baik, sehingga kinerja dapat berperan penting bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan sampling purposive yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh dapat lebih representatif pada PT. Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty) Jakarta yang berjumlah 245 karyawan, analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Kontribusi yang diharapkan penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mendukung peningkatan karyawan khususnya di PT. Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty) Jakarta. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
