Abstract

This study presents the interior design of Sahid Serpong Hotel by applying the concept of eco-luxury, which is a design approach that combines luxury with environmental sustainability. The aim of this approach is to create a unique and sustainable hotel interior design, which not only meets the needs of modern tourists but also minimizes the impact on the environment. The design process began by analyzing the hotel's target market and surrounding environmental conditions. The information is used to develop a design concept that appeals to the target market and applies sustainable design principles. The design concept is then translated into a detailed design plan, which includes the floor plan, color scheme, and material selection. The design emphasizes the use of natural materials such as wood, stone, and plants to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The use of energy-efficient lighting and appliances, as well as the implementation of waste management systems, further reinforces the sustainability of the hotel. The eco-luxury design not only creates a unique and comfortable space for guests but also contributes to the hotel's efforts in preserving the environment. Studi ini menyajikan desain interior Hotel Sahid Serpong dengan menerapkan konsep eco-luxury, yaitu pendekatan desain yang memadukan kemewahan dengan kelestarian lingkungan. Tujuan dari pendekatan ini adalah menciptakan desain interior hotel yang unik dan berkelanjutan, yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan modern tetapi juga meminimalkan dampak terhadap lingkungan. Proses perancangan dimulai dengan menganalisis target pasar hotel dan kondisi lingkungan sekitar. Informasi tersebut digunakan untuk mengembangkan konsep desain yang menarik bagi pasar sasaran dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip desain berkelanjutan. Konsep desain kemudian diterjemahkan ke dalam rencana desain rinci, yang mencakup denah lantai, skema warna, dan pemilihan material. Desain menekankan penggunaan material alami seperti kayu, batu, dan tanaman untuk menciptakan suasana yang hangat dan mengundang. Penggunaan pencahayaan hemat energi dan peralatan, serta penerapan sistem pengelolaan limbah, semakin memperkuat keberlanjutan hotel. Desain eco-luxury tidak hanya menciptakan ruang yang unik dan nyaman bagi para tamu tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap upaya hotel dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.
