Abstract

Each construction project usually has a specific implementation plan and timetable in the form of Kurva – S which is the contractor's reference in carrying out the work, from the preparation stage to the stage of handing over to the owner. Rusun X Development Project, located in East Kalimantan, experienced a delay of 8.5% in implementation from week 17 to week 27. Based on an interview with the project's Energy Experts, this delay could be due to a number of factors on the ground. This research was carried out to find any factors that influence and the most influential factors that cause delay in the completion of the project Rusun X, East Kalimantan by the way of dissemination of questionnaires, data obtained then processed using SPSS software, after expert validation and data behavior using the SSPS obtains 3 dominant factors out of 6 factors that affect delays in project completion. 3 factors that have influenced the occurrence of delay are materials and materials used late arrival (X2.1) with a coefficient value of 0,802 , the environment around the project (X4.1) with the coefficent value 0,346 , and rainfall intensity (X6.2) with a factor value of 0,387. Keywords: Most Influential Factor, East Kalimantan, Delay, Construction, SPSS Setiap proyek konstruksi biasanya memiliki rencana pelaksanaan dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang spesifik dalam bentuk Kurva – S yang menjadi acuan kontraktor dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, mulai dari tahap persiapan hingga tahap serah terima kepada pihak owner. Proyek Pembangunan Rusun X yang berlokasi diKalimantan Timur, mengalami keterlambatan pelaksanaan sebesar 8,5% diminggu ke-17 hingga minggu ke-27. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan Tenaga Ahli diproyek tersebut keterlambatan ini bisa terjadi karena beberapa faktor yang terjadi dilapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dan faktor paling berpengaruh yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pada Proyek Rusun X, Kalimantan Timur dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, data yang sudah didapat kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS, setelah dilakukan validasi pakar dan olah data menggunakan SPSS didapatkan 3 faktor dominan dari 6 faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek. 3 faktor yang paling berpengaruh terjadinya keterlambawan yaitu Bahan dan material yang digunakan terlambat tiba (X2.1) dengan nilai koefisien 0,802 , lingkungan sekitar proyek (X4.1) dengan nilai koefisien 0,346 , dan intensitas curah hujan (X6.2) dengan nilai koefisien 0,387.
