Abstract
This research aims to improve the productivity of disbursed ratio at PT XYZ by using Objective Matrix (OMAX) method based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Plan Do Check Action (PDCA). Based on a questionnaire on five productivity indicators, the importance weight was obtained with indicator C (Submit/Base) as the most important (32.0%). Analysis using the OMAX model showed a fluctuating productivity index throughout 2023, with the highest index in May (7.394) and the lowest in January (1.547). Only one period achieved the target, indicating the need for continuous improvement. Through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and fishbone diagrams, as well as qualitative verification using triangulation, factors affecting productivity were identified. PDCA implementation resulted in recommendations such as MPP recalculation, operational team training, procurement of CRM-based tools, and evaluation of scoring methods. This implementation improved productivity with significant improvements in key indicators: indicator C increased from 12.0% to 15.3%, and indicator E increased from 22.3% to 26.4% by Q1 2024. As a result, the total productivity index reached 7.678 in March 2024, demonstrating the success of the implemented strategy. Berdasarkan kuesioner terhadap lima indikator produktivitas, diperoleh bobot kepentingan dengan indikator C (Submit/Base) sebagai yang terpenting (32,0%). Analisis menggunakan model OMAX menunjukkan indeks produktivitas yang fluktuatif sepanjang tahun 2023, dengan indeks tertinggi di bulan Mei (7,394) dan terendah di bulan Januari (1,547). Hanya satu periode yang mencapai target, menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan berkelanjutan. Melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan fishbone diagram, serta verifikasi kualitatif menggunakan triangulasi, diidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas. Implementasi PDCA menghasilkan rekomendasi seperti kalkulasi ulang MPP, pelatihan tim operasional, pengadaan tools berbasis CRM, dan evaluasi metode scoring. Implementasi ini meningkatkan produktivitas dengan peningkatan signifikan pada indikator utama: indikator C meningkat dari 12,0% menjadi 15,3%, dan indikator E meningkat dari 22,3% menjadi 26,4% pada Q1 2024. Hasilnya, indeks produktivitas total mencapai 7,678 pada Maret 2024, menunjukkan keberhasilan strategi yang diterapkan.
