Abstract
Biro Karir, Hubungan dan Penelusuran Alumni is a bureau for inter-industry cooperation, career training and monitoring developments in the world of work for alumni or a bridge to the world of work for Mercu Buana University students. There are still many UMB alumni who have not found work and final UMB students who are starting to look for work. Biro Karir, Hubungan dan Penelusuran Alumni will hold a career exhibition, namely "Career Compas", as a bridge or career guide for alumni and final students who are looking for work. Therefore, in inviting people to attend events held by the Biro Karir, Hubungan dan Penelusuran Alumni, a campaign is needed that is able to convince and invite targets to attend as well as visual displays to attract interest in reading the information displayed visually. This design uses the design thinking method to approach targets and is able to obtain and develop ideas & concepts, which can create the best innovations for partners. Social media has a very wide and large reach, the distribution of visual information through social media is very effective, and other supporting media such as posters, x banners, backdrops, merchandise, etc. Key Word: Campaign, Career Compas, Design Thinking, Social Media Biro Karir, Hubungan dan Penelusuran alumni merupakan biro kerja sama antar industri, pelatihan karir dan pemantauan perkembangan dunia kerja alumni Universitas Mercu Buana. Masih banyak alumni UMB yang belum mendapatkan pekerjaan dan mahasiswa akhir UMB yang mulai mencari pekerjaan. Biro Karir, Hubungan dan Penelusuran alumni akan mengadakan pameran karir yaitu “Career Compas” sebagai jembatan atau penunjuk arah karir bagi alumni maupun mahasiswa akhir yang sedang mencari pekerjaan. Maka dari itu dalam mengajak untuk menghadiri acara yang dilaksanakan Biro Karir Hubungan, dan Penelusuran alumni, diperlukan kampanye yang mampu untuk menyakinkan dan mengajak target untuk hadir serta tampilan visual dalam menarik minat untuk membaca informasi yang ditampilkan secara visual. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode design thinking untuk pendekatan kepada target dan mampu mendapatkan serta mengembangkan ide & konsep, yang bisa menciptakan inovasi yang terbaik untuk mitra. Media sosial memiliki jangkauan yang sangat luas dan besar, pendistribusian informasi visual melalui media sosial sangat efektif dengan dibantu oleh media pendukung lainnya seperti poster, x banner, backdrop, merchandise, dll.
