Abstract
With the increase in the hotel industry, competition in the sector has become increasingly fierce. The hotel management must strive so that the hotel it manages becomes a hotel that is more attractive to the public. The most popular hotel for tourists is a boutique hotel because it has a unique design and also has its own characteristics. La Boheme Hotel Jakarta is a hotel that is included in the type of boutique hotel. This hotel has visitors who are mostly foreign tourists, so an interior concept that reflects the natural conditions in Jakarta is needed and can create a consistent identity or theme in its interior design so that it can attract more tourists. Therefore, the bohemian style interior was chosen as the interior style of La Boheme hotel to become a branding for this hotel so that this hotel is known for its simple, cozy, and soothing bohemian interior. The interior design of La Boheme Hotel Jakarta aims to maximize all aspects of interior design in the hotel and also pay attention to culture through the selection of the theme. This design method uses a qualitative method with an aesthetic approach that considers the following: proportion, scale, balance, harmony, unity and diversity, rhythm, emphasis. Data collection is done by observation, literature study, comparative study, and documentation. The benefits of this research are expected to be a material consideration and input to improve the quality of a hotel interior, and can be a literature or reference source as well as library material that will be a reference for future designers. Dengan adanya peningkatan pada industri perhotelan, membuat persaingan di sektor tersebut menjadi semakin ketat. Pihak manajemen hotel harus berupaya agar hotel yang dikelolanya menjadi hotel yang lebih diminati masyarakat. Hotel yang paling banyak diminati wisatawan adalah hotel butik karena memiliki desain yang unik dan juga memiliki ciri khas tersendiri. Hotel La Boheme Jakarta merupakan hotel yang termasuk dalam jenis hotel butik. Hotel ini memiliki pengunjung yang sebagian besarnya adalah wisatawan mancanegara, sehingga diperlukan konsep interior yang mencerminkan kondisi alam di Jakarta dan dapat menciptakan identitas atau tema yang konsisten dalam desain interiornya sehingga bisa menarik lebih banyak wisatawan. Maka dari itu, interior dengan gaya bohemian dipilih sebagai gaya interior hotel La Boheme untuk menjadi branding bagi hotel ini sehingga hotel ini dikenal dengan interior bohemiannya yang simple, cozy, dan menenangkan. Perancangan interior Hotel La Boheme Jakarta ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan seluruh aspek desain interior pada hotel dan juga memperhatikan budaya melalui pemilihan temanya. Metode perancangan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan estetis yang mempertimbangkan hal-hal berikut: proporsi, skala, keseimbangan, keserasian, kesatuan dan keragaman, ritme, penekanan/penegasan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, studi literatur, studi banding, dan dokumentasi. Manfaat dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan masukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sebuah interior hotel, serta dapat menjadi literatur atau sumber referensi maupun sebagai bahan pustaka yang akan menjadi rujukan bagi perancang selanjutnya.
