Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence between commitment, motivation, and compensation on Employee Performance towards employees who are in the Kosambi District Office Government Agency, Tangerang Regency Banten. The population consists of 70 employees, both ASN and Non ASN. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling technique, where the entire existing population is also a sample. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires using google form tools. The data analysis method of this research uses Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results in this study state that the Organizational Commitment variable has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has no effect on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Kosambi District Office, Tangerang Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara komitmen, motivasi, dan kompensasi terhadap Kinerja terhadap para pegawai yang berada pada Instansi Pemerintahan Kantor Kecamatan Kosambi Kabupaten Tangerang Banten. Populasi terdiri dari 70 pegawai baik ASN maupun Non ASN. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teknik sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi yang ada juga merupakan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebar kuesioner menggunakan alat bantu google form. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Kosambi Kabupaten Tangerang.
