Abstract

"Analysis of Raft Foundation waste of Concrete Steel Bar and Treatment it at the Islamic Financial Center Project, Name: Cokro Sanggra Baskoro, Nim: 41119110143, College Teacher: Lily Kholida, ST, MT., 2021. In Indonesia, the use of concrete is still very dominant. The use of concrete itself does not escape the use of concrete steel bar as reinforcement. In a concrete steel bar construction project, it produces waste after the installation of rebar in construction is complete. This research was conducted in the Islamic Financial Center project, which is located at Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Tangerang, Banten. The amount of concrete steel bar waste in the Islamic Financial Center project that exceeds the predetermined requirements, causes the author to be encouraged to discuss concrete steel bar waste in this project, where the iron concrete waste produced reaches 11.42% exceeding the planned limit under of 5 % for that, the author will discuss about the factors that cause it It is necessary to plan an optimal cutting pattern to minimize the waste of reinforcing steel bar. Several ways to plan cutting patterns include using Autocad software and Microsoft Excel software The data collected is in the form of Bar Bending Schedule and Shop drawing of steel bar works, then the analysis is then carried out using a quantitative approach which is used to examine how much the value of reinforcing iron waste is generated using Microsoft Excel. From the results of these calculations, it is known the remaining material (waste) per diameter on the raft foundation construction. Di Indonesia penggunaan beton masih sangat dominan. Penggunaan beton ini sendiri tidak luput dari penggunaan besi beton sebagai tulangannya. Dalam proyek konstruksi besi beton menghasilkan waste setelah pemasangan besi beton pada konstruksi selesai. Penelitian ini, dilaksanakan di proyek Islamic Financial Center, yang berlokasi di Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Tangerang, Banten. Besarnya waste besi beton pada proyek Islamic Financial Center yang melebihi persyaratan yang telah di tentukan, menyebabkan penulis terdorong membahas tentang waste besi beton pada proyek ini, dimana waste besi beton yang dihasilkan mencapai 11.42% melebihi batas yang direncanakan yaitu dibawah 5% untuk itu penulis akan membahas tentang faktor-faktor penyebab dari hal tersebut Perlu perencanaan pola pemotongan yang optimal untuk meminimalisir sisa material (waste) besi tulangan. Beberapa cara untuk merencanakan pola pemotongan antara lain dengan menggunakan software Autocad Dan software Microsoft Excel Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu berupa Bar Bending Schedule dan Shop drawing pekerjaan pembesian, maka selanjutnya analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk meneliti seberapa besar nilai waste besi tulangan yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Dari Hasil perhitungan tersebut maka diketahui sisa material (waste) perdiameter pada pembesian raft foundation. Kata Kunci : Analisis Waste Besi, Raft Foundation, Islamic Financial Center,
