Abstract

For a company, employees are an important asset and are the core of conveying the company's vision and mission. Therefore, the relationship between employees is very important to achieve these goals. The implementation of the Employee Relations program, which is part of Public Relations activities, is very necessary in order to create a good relationship between management and employees in fostering harmonious relationships and cooperation between the two parties. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Employee Relations Program in Improving Employee Performance at PT HiLab Sciencetama in 2024. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive method and a post-positivism paradigm. In collecting data using interview techniques with 1 key informant and 4 informants and participant observation supported by related documentation. In data validity, this study uses source triangulation to test the credibility of the data. Based on the results of the study at PT HiLab Sciencetama, there are internal and external factors, there are employee relations activities in programs implemented by the company, there is an impact of employee relations on the company and the quality of employee work, there is a relationship between employee work motivation and employee work quality. The results of this study conclude that PT HiLab Sciencetama has implemented an employee relations program in an effort to improve employee performance by creating a comfortable environment for its employees by providing various facilities. The implementation of employee relations programs such as offline-online training programs, employee reward programs, employee loyalty reward programs, outing programs, and other programs. The implementation of these programs is a form of appreciation from the company to employees so that employees can also be motivated to improve the quality of their work. Bagi suatu perusahaan, karyawan adalah suatu aset yang penting dan menjadi inti dari penyampaian visi dan misi perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, hubungan antar karyawan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk terciptanya tujuan tersebut. Implementasi program Employee Relations yang merupakan bagian dari aktivitas Public Relations sangat diperlukan agar dapat terciptanya hubungan yang baik antara pihak manajemen dengan karyawan dalam membina hubungan yang harmonis serta kerjasama antara kedua belah pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Employee Relations Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT HiLab Sciencetama Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif serta paradigma post-positivisme. Dalam pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan 1 key informan dan 4 informan serta observasi partisipan didukung dengan dokumentasi terkait. Dalam keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji kredibilitas data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di PT HiLab Sciencetama ini terdapat faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal, terdapat aktivitas employee relations dalam program-program yang diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan, terdapat dampak dari employee relations terhadap perusahaan dan kualitas kerja karyawan, terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kualitas kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PT HiLab Sciencetama telah mengimplementasikan program employee relations dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan cara menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman bagi para karyawannya dengan menyediakan berbagai macam fasilitas. Adapun implementasi program employee relations seperti program training offline-online, program reward bagi karyawan, program reward bagi loyalitas karyawan, program outing, dan program lainnya. Implementasi program tersebut merupakan bentuk apresiasi dari perusahaan kepada karyawan agar karyawan dapat juga termotivasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya.
