Abstract

In conducting operational activities in the andesite mining industry in Cilegon, various risks can affect the overall supply chain network. These risks can be controlled by conducting proper risk management. This research aims to identify and analyze risks in the supply chain using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and House of Risk (HOR) approaches. Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) is used to map supply chain activities including plan, source, make, deviver, return. House of Risk (HOR) is applied to determine the priority of risk agents and risk mitigation strategies. The results of the first phase of the House of Risk (HOR) analysis where the lack of supply chain transparency has the highest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value of the total risk sources or risk agents. this occurs due to unclear information from suppliers and manufacturers so that it can harm visibility in the supply chain flow. To reduce these risks, it is necessary to implement an integrated supply chain management system and the use of blockchain technology to track and ensure transparency in the supply chain. From the results of the second phase of the House of Risk (HOR) analysis, it shows that conducting regular training for employees regarding SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) is a preventive action with the highest Effectiveness to Difficulty (ETD) value. Dalam melakukan kegiatan operasional pada industri pertambangan andesit di Cilegon, berbagai risiko dapat mempengaruhi jaringan rantai pasok secara keseluruhan. Risiko tersebut dapat dikendalikan dengan melakukan manajemen risiko yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko dalam rantai pasok menggunakan pendekatan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan House of Risk (HOR). Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) digunakan untuk memetakan aktivitas rantai pasok meliputi plan, source, make, deviver, return. House of Risk (HOR) diterapkan untuk menentukan prioritas agen risiko dan strategi mitigasi risiko. Hasil analisis House of Risk (HOR) fase pertama dimana kurangnya transparansi rantai pasokan memiliki nilai Aggregat Risk Potential (ARP) paling tertinggi dari total sumber risiko atau agen risiko. hal ini terjadi dikarenakan ketidakjelasan informasi dari pemasok dan produsen sehingga dapat merugikan visibilitas dalam aliran rantai pasok. Untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut perlu mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen rantai pasok yang terintegrasi dan penggunaan teknologi blockchain untuk melacak dan memastikan transparansi dalam rantai pasok. Dari hasil analisis House of Risk (HOR) fase kedua menunjukkan melakukan pelatihan rutin bagi karyawan mengenai SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) merupakan preventive action dengan nilai Effectiveness to Difficulty (ETD) tertinggi.
