Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the employee performance at PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia. The population of this research is employees of PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia with a total sample of 148 permanent employees. The data analysist method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).The research results show that internal service quality has an influence on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational citizenship behavior act as mediating role between internal service quality and career development on employee performance. However, on the other side, career development has no influence on employee performance. Employee performance at PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia is influenced by caring between colleagues and a positive work environment with minimal conflict can increase employee performance. However, self-development which held by the company is not able to increase employee performance Keywords: Internal Service Quality, Career Development, Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, SEM PLS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi employee performance berdasarkan internal service quality, career development dan organization citizenship behavior pada PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia, Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 148 karyawan tetap. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internal service quality dan memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance. Selanjutnya, organizational citizenship behavior berperan memediasi pengaruh antara internal service quality dan career development terhadap employee performance. Namun disisi lain career development tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance. Employee performance di PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh kepedulian antar rekan kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan minim konflik dapat mengkatkan employee performance. Namun pengembangan diri yang diadakan perusahaan tidak mampu meningkatkan employee performance Kata Kunci: Internal Service Quality, Career Development, Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, SEM PLS.
