Abstract
Reputasi perusahaan menunjang keberlanjutan perusahaan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dalam mempertahankan reputasi perusahaan PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia dengan mengelaborasi teori Alexander Dahlsrud dan model Westcott dan Allesandri yang melihat CSR berdasarkan dimensisosial, ekonomi, lingkungan, pemangku kepentingan, dan kesukarelaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi informan yang berkaitan langsung dengan program Bank Sampah Pintar PokLisa Jatinegara Kaum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumen internal, dan jurnal penelitian. Keabsahan data divalidasi menggunakan teknik triangulasi konfirmabilitas dan teori. Penelitian ini dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan capaian Survei kepuasan Masyarakat pada Community Satisfaction Index Tahun 2023 sebesar 93,1. Program CSR Bank Sampah Pintar PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia berhasil dilakukan melalui tahapan koordinasi, pembentukan tim, persiapan infrastruktur, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan operasional, monitoring dan evaluasi telah berhasil dilakukan. program CSR Bank Sampah Pintar PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia memperoleh penghargaan PROPER EMAS (KLHK), ENSIA Awards, ICA Awards dan ISDA Awards sebagai apresiasi terhadap community development yang aktif dan berhasil meningkatkan value Masyarakat dari aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Kendati demikian masih ditemukan nasabah yang tidak aktif sehingga perlu dilakukan pendekatan untuk mengoptimalkan keterlibatan seluruh masyarakat dalam program Bank Sampah Pintar PokLisa. Corporate reputation supports long-term corporate sustainability. This study aims to explain the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program in maintaining the reputation of the company PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia by elaborating Alexander Dahlsrud's theory and the Westcott and Allesandri model which views CSR based on social, economic, environmental, stakeholder, and volunteer dimensions. The subjects in this study included informants who were directly related to the Bank Sampah Pintar PokLisa Jatinegara Kaum program. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The types of data used are primary data with observation and interview data collection techniques, as well as secondary data obtained from internal documents and research journals. The validity of the data is validated using confirmability triangulation techniques and theory. This study was carried out by collecting data, reducing, presenting, and verifying data. The results of the study showed that with the achievement of the 2023 CSI satisfaction level of 93.1, the CSR program of Bank Sampah Pintar PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia was successfully carried out through the stages of coordination, team formation, infrastructure preparation, socialization, operational implementation, monitoring and evaluation. CSR program Bank Sampah Pintar PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia received the PROPER EMAS (KLHK), ENSIA Awards, ICA Awards and ISDA Awards as an appreciation for active community development and successfully increasing the value of the community from social, economic and environmental. However, there are still inactive customers so that an approach is needed to optimize the involvement of all customers in the Bank Sampah Pintar PokLisa program.
