Abstract
In some cases, the behavior of regular and irregular building structures in withstanding earthquake loads will certainly be different, so the research carried out an analysis of horizontal and vertical irregularities in reinforced concrete building structures. This planning is intended to produce a building design that is strong, rigid and safe. In this case, load analysis, structural modeling and structural reinforcement planning are carried out so that the building structure can absorb earthquake forces at a certain level without causing serious damage. The data obtained in the research consists of secondary data in the form of building location, general description of the building, and existing floor plans. Apart from that, the design of the Building structure due to vertical irregularities uses (SNI 1726:2019) and the Minimum Load for Building Design uses (SNI 1727:2020) and data processing uses the ETABS software program Keywords: ETABS, Vertical Irregularities, Cont Pada beberapa kasus perilaku struktur gedung beraturan dan tidak beraturan dalam menahan beban gempa tentu akan berbeda, sehingga penelitian melakukan analisis ketidakberaturan horizontal dan vertikal pada struktur gedung beton bertulang. Perencanaan ini dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan sebuah rancangan Gedung yang kuat, kaku, dan aman. Dalam hal ini dilakukan analisis pembebanan, pemodelan struktur, dan perencanaan penulangan struktur sehingga struktrur bangunan dapat menyerap gaya gempa di tingkat tertentu tanpa menimbulkan kerusakan serius. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian terdiri dari data sekunder berupa Lokasi bangunan, gambaran umum bangunan, dan denah existing. Selain itu, perancangan struktur bangunan gedung bertingkat akibat ketidakberaturan vertikal menggunakan (SNI 1726:2019) dan Beban Minimum Untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung menggunakan (SNI 1727:2020) serta pengolahan data menggunakan program software ETABS.
