Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 331 karyawan PT. XYZ. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 77 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment, and organizational culture on organizational commitment. Population in this research is 331 employees of PT. XYZ. The sample used is 77 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
