Abstract
This research aims to find out whether work stress and work life balance influence the performance of PT X The research method uses a quantitative approach. The research consisted of 101 employees from 8 branches as respondents. The sampling technique used total sampling or saturated sampling techniques to obtain samples. In this research, the data collection technique used was by filling out a questionnaire via a Google Form link. Data was collected with the help of 22 items for measuring work stress, 17 items for work life balance and 27 items for employee performance. Tests carried out with the T test show that work stress has a negative influence on employee performance and work life balance has a positive influence on employee performance at PT or stimuli have a significant influence on employee performance. This, the lower the work stress, the higher the employee performance and the higher the work life balance, the higher the employee performance.. Key word: Work Stress, Work Life Balance, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah stress kerja dan work life balanace berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. penelitian sebanyak 101 karyawan dari 8 cabang sebagai responden teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sampling jenuh diperoleh sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dengan mengisi kuesioner melalui tautan google form. Pengumpulan data dengan bantuan alat ukur stress kerja 22 item, work life balanace 17 item dan kinerja karyawan 27 item. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji T menunjukan bahwa stress kerja memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap kinerja karyawan dan work life balance memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT X, kemudian uji F dan uji regresi linier berganda bahwa bahwa stress kerja dan work life balance secara bersama-sama atau stimultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian semakin rendah stres kerja maka kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi dan semakin tinggi work life balance maka kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi.
