Abstract

Lion Parcel merupakan perusahaan Logistik pengiriman barang dan dokumen yang memiliki maskapai sendiri dengan rute pengiriman keseluruh Indonesia dan Mancanegara. Angka Turnover karyawan sangat penting bagi Lion Parcel karena mempengaruhi operasional perusahaan dan pencapaian target perusahaan. Trend angka turnover tinggi setelah penerimaan bonus dan THR dilakukan. Sebagai cara retensi agar karyawan dapat bertahan cukup lama dan loyal terhadap perusahaan, program retensi merupakan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menahan karyawan agar dapat bertahan lama di perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Public Relations Management dalam Program Retensi yang dilakukan oleh Lion Parcel untuk menekan angka turnover karyawan. Paradigma penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang menggunakan metode penelitian deep Interview (wawancara mendalam) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang dilakukan kepada 3 key informan internal Lion Parcel yaitu Head of People, People Partner Manager, People service Analyst. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Lion Parcel pada tahapan fact finding, melakukan analisa factor penyebab turnover karyawan. Pada tahapan planning, Lion Parcel membuat tahapan program untuk meretensi karyawan. Lalu pada tahapan acting & communication, menjalankan program sesuai dengan tujuan. Kemudian pada tahap evaluation, Lion Parcel melakukan evaluasi terhadap program yang telah dijalankan untuk menentukan solusi yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Lion Parcel sudah berhasil meretensi karyawannya sehingga angka turnover dapat ditekan. Lion Parcel is a logistics company specializing in the delivery of goods and documents, operating its own airline with routes throughout Indonesia and abroad. Employee turnover is significant for Lion Parcel as it impacts company operations and the achievement of targets. To encourage employees to stay longer and remain loyal to the company, Lion Parcel has implemented a retention program designed to reduce turnover rates. This research aims to examine the implementation of Public Relations Management within Lion Parcel's Retention Program to reduce employee turnover. The study adopts a constructivist paradigm and employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with three key internal informants at Lion Parcel: the Head of People, the People Partner Manager, and the People Service Analyst. The research findings indicate that, during the fact-finding stage, Lion Parcel analyzes the factors contributing to employee turnover. In the planning stage, the company develops a series of initiatives aimed at retaining employees. During the acting and communication stage, Lion Parcel implements the program according to its objectives. Finally, in the evaluation stage, the company assesses the effectiveness of the programs to identify solutions that address the challenges faced. Through these efforts, Lion Parcel has successfully reduced employee turnover rates by effectively retaining its workforce
