Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana aktivitas employee relations dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. PT. Mitra Tata Lingkungan Baru, sebuah perusahaan rintisan yang bergerak pada waste management services, menerapkan berbagai aktivitas employee relations untuk menciptakan nilai-nilai budaya kerja positif, kompetitif, dan menumbuhkan rasa loyalitas terhadap perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan paradigma post-positivistik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi mendalam dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas employee relations yang dilakukan oleh PT. Mitra Tata Lingkungan Baru antara lain: Komunikasi internal yang efektif, untuk menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antara pimpinan dan karyawan. Program pelatihan dan pengembangan, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi. Kegiatan olahraga, untuk meningkatkan kekompakan dan produktivitas. Penyelesaian masalah secara adil dan cepat. Aktivitas employee relations yang dilakukan oleh PT. Mitra Tata Lingkungan Baru telah berhasil meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. Karyawan merasa dihargai, diakui, nyaman, puas, dan bangga bekerja di perusahaan. Hal ini membuat karyawan lebih produktif dan lebih cenderung untuk bertahan lama di perusahaan. This research analyzed how employee relations activities can improve employee loyalty. PT. Mitra Tata Lingkungan Baru, a startup company engaged in waste management services, implemented various employee relations activities to create positive, competitive work culture values, and foster a sense of loyalty to the company. The research approach was qualitative with a post-positivist paradigm. Data were collected through in-depth observation and interviews. The results showed that the employee relations activities carried out by PT. Mitra Tata Lingkungan Baru included: Effective internal communication, to create harmonious relations between leaders and employees. Training and development programs, to improve skills and competencies. Sports activities, to improve team spirit and productivity. Fair and quick problem solving. The employee relations activities carried out by PT. Mitra Tata Lingkungan Baru have been successful in improving employee loyalty. Employees feel valued, recognized, comfortable, satisfied, and proud to work in the company. This makes employees more productive and more likely to stay with the company.
