Abstract
Title: Passenger Service at Station MRT Blok M and Intermoda Facility with Terminal Blok M, Name: Inggrit Widyawati, NIM: 41118110166, Advisor: Dr. Ir. Hermanto Dwiatmoko, MSTr., IPU Year 2020 Blok M as one of the areas that supports the development of phase 1 (first stage) of the MRT system in Jakarta which will divide and connect Jakarta from south and north. The intermoda characteristics of Blok M Station are as an integrated area between public services such as transjakarta transportation and Blok M Plaza shopping center. Therefore it is very important to know how the service conditions of the Blok M Station, intermodal facilities with Blok M Terminal and business advice that can be developed at Blok M Station. This study used the “Importance Performance Analysis” method about Blok M MRT Station intermodal service to users by paying attention to the minimum service standards based on Pergub No. 95 of 2019 and the Jakarta intermodal integration guidelines by the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy. Then the next step followed by using SPSS program to do a Validity and Reability test, also Correlation Bivariate and Simpe Linear Regression.For testing the hypothesis, the author used “Chi Square” (X2) method with total of 100 respondents. Evaluation results show the average level of passenger interest in the services and facilities of Blok M MRT Station which is very important with the average level of station performance which is very good. While the average level of passenger interest in the intermodal service of Blok M MRT Station is important with the average level of intermoda performance which is good. Based on the analysis of Correlation Bivariate, that the significant value 0,000<0,05 and Pearson Correlation value 0,995 for service and 0,994 for intermodal that mean the worker’s performance has a strong correlation with passenger satisfaction. While on the linear regression analysis found that the influence percentage between worker’s performance and passenger satisfication is 99,0% for service and 98,9% for intermodal. Based on Cartesian diagram formed and hypothsis test with Chi Square (X2) method obtained factors services that affected and not affected the increased passenger satisfication are located in quadrant B and C where Ho was accepted. For Business advice that can be developed at Blok M MRT Station according to the response of Blok M MRT Station users is tomore towards culinary and minimart retail UMKM. Keywords : Station, MRT Train, Blok M, Transport, Intermoda,Business Blok M sebagai salah satu kawasan yang mendukung pengembangan tahap 1 (tahap awal) sistem MRT di Jakarta yang akan membelah dan menghubungkan Jakarta dari selatan ke utara. Karakterikstik intermoda Stasiun MRT Blok M sendiri yaitu sebagai kawasan yang terintegrasi antara layanan publik berupa transportasi transjakarta serta pusat perbelanjaan Blok M Plaza. Oleh sebab itu sangat penting untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi pelayanan Stasiun MRT Blok M, Fasilitas intermoda dengan Terminal Blok M dan saran bisnis yang bisa dikembangkan di Stasiun MRT Blok M. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode “Importance Performance Analysis” tentang pelayanan Stasiun MRT Blok M dan pelayanan intermoda.secara langsung kepada pengguna jasa antarmoda dengan memperhatikan standar pelayanan minimum berdasarkan Pergub No.95 Tahun 2019 dan pedoman integrasi intermoda Jakarta oleh Institute for Transportation and Development Policy yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis Validitas dan Relibilitas serta Korelasi Bivariat dan Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Uji hipotesa dengan metode “Chi Square” (X2) dengan jumlah sample 100 responden. Hasil Penelitian diketahui bahwa penilaian penumpang terhadap Stasiun MRT Blok M sudah sangat baik dan sangat penting dan penilaian untuk intermoda sudah baik dan penting. Berdasarkan analisis Korelasi Bivariat yang dilakukan didapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Pearson Correlation 0,995 untuk pelayanan dan 0,994 untuk intermoda berarti terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat antara kinerja petugas dengan kepentingan penumpang. Sedangkan pada anlisis Regresi Linear yang dilakukan, didapat bahwa presentase pengaruh kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepentingan penuumpang yaitu 99,0% untuk pelayanan dan 98,9% untuk intermoda. Berdasarkan diagram Cartesius yang terbentuk dan dilakukan uji hipotesa dengan uji Chi Square (X2) didapat faktor-faktor pelayanan yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kepuasan penumpang dan yang tidak berpengaruh yang terletak pada kuadran B dan C dimana Ho diterima. Untuk saran bisnis yang dikembangkan di Stasiun MRT Blok M menurut tanggapan pengguna Stasiun MRT Blok M yaitu menginginkan retail UMKM kuliner dan mini market.
