Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational trust, training and career development on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Jakarta Saharjo. The population in this study was 45 employees of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank Jakarta Saharjo Area. The sample used was 45 employees, the sampling method used was saturated sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this research state that Organizational Trust has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Positive Training has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Organizational Trust, Training and Career Development on Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Jakarta Saharjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang karyawan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Jakarta Saharjo. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 45 orang karyawan, metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu menyatakan bahwa Kepercayaan Organisasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan organisasi, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
