Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether motivation, work discipline, and compensation partially affect the performance of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in Central Java I. The population in this study was 56 employees. This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data through a research questionnaire given to the employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java I. The data obtained are then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. Based on the research results it is known that the compensation is positive and significant on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Jawa Tengah I. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengolah data primer melalui yaitu kuesioner (angket) penelitian yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Jawa Tengah I. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian diketahui bahwa kompensasi bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci :Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Pegawai.
