Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi kerja, serta pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan Divisi Operasional PT LRT Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.8 sebagai alat uji. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, job compensation, and career development on employee work satisfaction. The sample used is 50 employees of PT LRT Jakarta Operational Division. The data collection method uses a survei method, with questionare as research instrument. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a test tool. This research proves that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work satisfaction. Job compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee work satisfaction.
