Abstract

PT Wahana Integrasi Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang survey yang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi guna mempercepat pertukaran informasi dengan client atau perusahaan pembiayaan. Saat ini, pertukaran informasi antara perusahaan dengan surveyor sudah cukup baik dengan menggunakan sistem. Namun masalah yang sering dihadapi adalah antara lain ketepatan waktu yang kurang karena tidak real time karena penggunaan domain yang berbeda, sehingga salah satu pihak tidak bisa langsung menerima apa yang sudah dikirimkan. Selain itu adanya pemblokiran yang dilakukan oleh sistem keamanan e-mail itu sendiri. Jika masalah itu terjadi maka perlu dilakukan pengecekan oleh kedua belah pihak untuk mencari tahu tempat data tersebut tertahan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan pengembangan sistem yang sudah ada dengan menghadirkan sistem guna memperlancar pertukaran informasi ke client. Sistem informasi yang akan dibuat adalah “Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Survey Nasabah pada PT Wahana Integrasi Jaya Berbasis Web”. Sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan tools untuk pemodelan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Kata Kunci: Pertukaran Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Survey Nasabah
