Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Training, and Intrinsic Motivation on the Performance of J&T Express Gateway Contract Employees in Tangerang City. From this research, the independent variables consist of organizational culture, training, and intrinsic motivation. The dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were contract employees at the J&T Express Gateway in the city of Tangerang, totaling 98 employees and the sample used was 98 respondents. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling. This research is a type of causal associative research. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study was the Smart PLS version 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture, Training, and Intrinsic Motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Training, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, dan Motivasi Intrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak J&T Express Gateway Kota Tangerang. Dari penelitian ini variable independent terdiri dari Budaya organisasi, Pelatihan, dan Motivasi Intrinsik Variabel dependennya adalah Kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kontrak pada J&T Express Gateway kota Tangerang yang berjumlah 98 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 98 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan nonProbability sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan Kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, dan Motivasi Intrinsik Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, Motivasi Intrinsik, Kinerja Karyawan
