Abstract
The purchasing decision-making process for everyone is essentially the same, but this decision-making process is influenced by personality traits, age, gender and lifestyle. Purchasing decisions can have a direct impact on sales because they determine whether consumers will buy the products or services offered. This study aims to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Halal Label on Mixue's product purchasing decisions. The population in this study is an unknown number of Mixue consumers located in West Jakarta. The sample used was as many as 110 people. The sampling method uses the Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection method uses surveys, with the research instrument being questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that Price Perception has no effect on Mixue's product purchase decision. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on Mixue's product purchase decisions. The Halal label has no effect on Mixue's product purchase decision. Keywords: price perception; Product Quality; Halal Label; purchase decision; Food and Beverages; Ice cream. Proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada setiap individu pada hakikatnya sama, namun proses pengambilan keputusan ini dipengaruhi ciri kepribadian, usia, jenis kelamin dan gaya hidupnya. Keputusan pembelian dapat memiliki dampak langsung terhadap penjualan karena Keputusan tersebut menentukan apakah konsumen akan membeli produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Label Halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mixue. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Mixue yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 110 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Persepsi Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian produk Mixue. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian produk Mixue. Label Halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian produk Mixue.
