Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Halal Credence and Group Reference on Purchase Decisions with Attitude as a mediating variable for all you can eat food products. The subjects in this research were consumers who had consumed all you can eat food at least once. The sample in this study was 112 respondents. The sample collection technique in this research was non-probability sampling with the method used being purposive sampling. By using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire distribution instrument with primary data sources. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS 3.0. The results of this study show that Attitude toward halal has a positive and insignificant influence on Purchase decisions, Group reference has a positive and significant influence on Attitude toward halal, Group reference has a positive and significant influence on Purchase decisions, Halal Credence has a significant influence negative and insignificant on Attitude toward halal, Halal Credence has a negative and insignificant influence on Purchase decisions, Group reference has a positive and insignificant influence on Purchase decisions through Attitude toward halal and Halal Credence has a positive and insignificant influence on Purchase decisions through Attitude toward halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Halal Credence dan Group Reference terhadap Purchase Decision dengan Attitude sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk makanan all you can eat. Subject pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah mengkonsumsi makanan all you can eat minimal satu kali. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 112 responden. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan non-probability dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Dengan mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan instrumen penyebaran kuesioner dengan sumber data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Attitude toward halal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Purchase decision, Group reference memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Attitude toward halal, Group reference memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase decision, Halal Credence memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Attitude toward halal, Halal Credence memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Purchase decision, Group reference memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Purchase decision melalui Attitude toward halal dan Halal Credence memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Purchase decision melalui Attitude toward halal.
