Abstract

Aktivitas parkir dan pengunjung Mall Transmart Cilandak yang cukup ramai mengakibatkan keadaan parkir di Mall tersebut semakin padat dan juga ketika ada acara yang diadakan pihak Mall apakah memberi dampak untuk lokasi parkir umum dan apakah mencakup tempar parkir yang tersedia di Mall Transmart Cilandak. Hal tersebut yang menarik penulis untuk mengangkat masalah “Analisis Kebutuhan Parkir di Mall Transmart Cilandak jakarta Selatan”. Penelitian dilakukan yaitu dengan survey keadaan dari fasilitas lokasi dan kendaraan di Mall Transmart Cilandak, kemudia dengan data kuantitas yang diberikan pihak instansi dari manajemen Mall Transmart Cilandak mempermudah penulis untuk menghitung volume, akumulasi, durasi rata-rata, indeks parkir dan lain sebagianya. Dari data tersebut penulis sesuaikan dengan waktu survey pada pukul 09.00-22.00 WIB. Hasil penelitian ini akan didapatkan karakteristik parkir pada area parkir Mall Transmart Cilandak yaitu karakteristik maksimal terjadi pada hari Minggu tanggal 18 Juni 2017, puncak akumulasi terjadi pada pukul 16.00-16.59 yaitu sebesar 474 kendaraan, indeks parkir maksimal terjadi pada pukul 16.00-16.59 sebesar 141,91% , durasi rata-rata parkir 2,99 jam/kendaraan dengan pengurangan.Busy parking activities and crowded visitors of Transmart Cilandak Mall that result n a more packed parking lot of transmart Cilandak Mall. Another reason is whetere on event held in the hall affect the slot of mall parking lot and public parking lot. The research is carried out based on the survey of parking lot facilities and vehicles in Transmart Cilandak Mall. With the quantitive data given by the management of transmart Cilandak Mall it helps the author easier to calculate all these components such as volume, accumulation, duration average, parking index,etc. The survey timing, that is adjusted with the data is between 09.00 to 22.00 From the research, the author will obtain some characteristic of parking lot of Transmart Cilandak Mall, such as the maximum characteristic existed on June, 18th 2017, the highest accumulation of vehicle was at 16,00 – 16,59 pm with the amount of 474 vehicles, the maximum parking index was at 16.00-16.59 pm with the percentage of 141,91 and the parking average duration was 2,99 hours per vehicle with reduction.
