Abstract
AUTO 2000 Pluit is a company operating in the automotive sector. In the observations made, it appears that there are several problems in terms of employee performance which are influenced by organizational culture, motivation and work discipline. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and work discipline on the performance of AUTO 2000 Pluit employees. This research was conducted at AUTO 2000 Pluit in the period March 2023 - December 2023. The population in this research was 40 employees of AUTO 2000 Pluit after sales division. The sample in this study consisted of 40 respondents. By determining the sample size, using a saturated sample technique. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results of this research indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research uses an observation unit for companies operating in the automotive sector and analytical tools that have not been widely used in previous research. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Work Discipline, Perform AUTO 2000 Pluit adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang otomotif. Dalam observasi yang telah dilakukan terlihat ada beberapa masalah dalam hal kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan AUTO 2000 Pluit. Penelitian ini dilakukan di AUTO 2000 Pluit dalam jangka waktu Maret 2023 - Desember 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan AUTO 2000 Pluit divisi after sales sebanyak 40 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Dengan penentuan ukuran sampel, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan unit observasi perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang otomotif dan alat analisis yang masih belum banyak digunakan pada penelitian sebelumnya.
