Abstract

@banyuasinterkini yang merupakan akun instagram yang bukan berada di bawah pemerintah berfokus menyediakan konten seputar wilayah daerahnya. Tetapi pada kenyataannya, @banyuasinterkini masih kurang dalam keaktifan untuk update dikarenakan kekuarang tenaga admin, namun pada pengikut mereka tetap mengalami kenaikan hingga menjadi akun instagram dengan pengikut yang masuk katagori micro yang mana 10.000 sampai 100.000. Tujuan menganalisis pengelolan konten di akun instagram @banyuasinterkini dalam meningkatkan informasi publik dengan tahap share, optimize, manage, dan engage. Studi kasus sebagai metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan paradigma konstruktivis. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan trianggulasi sumber data. Hasil pada tahap share pengelolaan konten @banyuasinterkini mementingkan terjawabnya 5w+1h dan menggunakan bahasa daerah untuk penulisan captionnya, optimize setiap hal yang ingin disampaikan tidak telalu fokus memanfaatkan fitur-fitur instagram seperti hastag atau insight, tetapi sering menggunakan mention dari pengikut yang memberikan informasi dimana akan di bagikan kembali melalui instagram story . Manage @banyuasinterkini selalu mengutamakan informasi dari narasumber bahwa info tersebut benar tanpa adanya berita hoax. Engage lebih fokus melibatkan pengikut dalam konten mereka, Dimana informasi yang mereka berikan akan menjadi konten. Untuk influencers mereka lebih fokus kepada tokoh daerah mereka, lalu untuk di luar daerah mereka lebih kepada untuk memperluas jangkauan instagram @banyuasinterkini dengan kerjasama endorsement. @banyuasinterkini which is an Instagram account that is not under the government focuses on providing content about the region. But in reality, @banyuasinterkini is still lacking in liveliness for updates due to the lack of admin staff, but their followers continue to increase until they become Instagram accounts with followers who fall into the micro category which is 10,000 to 100,000. The purpose of analyzing content management on the @banyuasinterkini Instagram account in increasing public information with the share, optimize, manage, and engage stages. Case study as a research method with a qualitative approach and constructivist paradigm. Data collection with interviews, literature study and documentation. Data validity in this study uses triangulation of data sources. The results at the share stage of @banyuasinterkini content management are concerned with answering 5w + 1h and using local languages for writing captions, optimizing everything that wants to be conveyed is not too focused on utilizing Instagram features such as hastags or insight, but often uses mentions from followers who provide information which will be shared again via Instagram story. Manage @banyuasinterkini always prioritizes information from sources that the info is true without hoax news. Engage is more focused on involving followers in their content, where the information they provide will become content. For influencers they are more focused on their regional figures, then for outside the area they are more about expanding the reach of Instagram @banyuasinterkini with endorsement cooperation.
