Abstract
The magazine refers to a publication or publication at regular intervals containing articles from various authors. The magazine became the attraction for readers because it has an interesting layout visualization and people's interest to read it. Magazine design is a form of visualization and layout that discuss the science or information-information from the world of design. Authors interested in making visualization and layout is interesting to then serve as a magazine. Design magazine also became one of the attraction as the aim of community activity density entertainment. Author of vintage theme as the main theme in this first edition of the magazine. In addition, the authors also do an observation to see the outline of the problems that occur in the community. With this, the author manages to make a troubleshooting step by making the design magazine "CREARTIVE". Through the interview process, study the layout, colour, typography and illustration, etc., the author managed to make the final design magazines and exhibits to introduce this magazine. The magazine is then made to add references and information about developments in the world of design for the community of Indonesia. To that end, the author makes the these magazines to add to the collection and a new color in the print layout techniques (magazine) in Indonesia, so that could be an inspiration to other young designers.
