Abstract

This study aims to determine how leverage, profitability, liquidity, and company size affect the company value of IDX30 companies listed on the IDX. The sample used was 14 IDX30 companies that were consistently listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2022. This study used panel data regression data analysis technique. The Eviews 12 application is used to determine the level of significance of each of the variables, i.e. between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results showed that the size of the company had a significant negative effect on the value of the company, while leverage, profitability, and liquidity had no effect on the value of the company. Liquidity, Company Size, Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana leverage, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan IDX30 yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 14 perusahaan IDX30 yang terdaftar secara konsisten di BEI dari tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi data panel. Aplikasi Eviews 12 digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat signifikan masingmasing dari variabel, yaitu antara variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara leverage, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
