Abstract

Account Instagram Jakarta_tourism is an account managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial government through the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy to promote tourism in DKI Jakarta, one of which is the Thousand Islands. In this case the researcher found a problem regarding receptionaudience against the accountInstagram jakarta_tourism in terms of presenting content about the thousand islands where the account is very active in uploading posts about the thousand islands apart from that accountInstagramjakarta_tourism is seen as still not very active in responding to comments fromfollowers therefore the aim of this research is to find out how the reception isfollowers accountInstagram jakarta_tourism towards content containing about the Thousand Islands by determining 5 units of analysis, namely account credibility, attractiveness, power, content content and content flow using qualitative research methods through a constructivist approach using FGDs and interviews to obtain data. The theory used in this research is Stuart Hall's reception analysis theory which divides 3 positions in terms of content reception, namely dominant hegemony, negotiation and opposition as well as encoding and decoding according to Stuart Hall. Researchers get results from research which is a reception from followersInstagram Jakarta_tourism, totaling 8 respondents, which in terms of account credibility already has a level of credibility with the existence of copyright in each content, then the power given is very good but needs to be improved in terms of response to comments in each upload, then regarding the content and The flow of content here is interesting but needs to be added to segmentation regarding historical content and people's lives in the Thousand Islands and regarding attractions, the Thousand Islands already have their own attraction for tourists and packaging in the form of content available on the account.Instagram jakarta_tourism has been persuasive audience in terms of the attractiveness of the Thousand Islands tourist destination Keywords: Reception Analysis, Instagram, Thousand Islands Akun Instagram Jakarta_tourism merupakan sebuah akun yang dikelola oleh pemerintahan Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif untuk melakukan promosi wisata yang berada di DKI Jakarta salah satunya adalah Kepulauan Seribu. Dalam hal ini peneliti menemukan suatu permasalahan setelah melakukan pra penelitian mengenai resepsi audiens terhadap akun Instagram jakarta_tourism dalam hal menyajikan konten tentang kepulauan seribu yang dimana akun tersebut sangat aktif untuk mengunggah postingan tentang kepulauan seribu selain itu akun intagram jakarta_tourism dilihat masih belum terlalu aktif dalam hal merespon komentar dari followers maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana resepsi followers akun Instagram jakarta_tourism terhadap konten yang memuat tentang kepulauan seribu dengan menentukan 5 unit analisis yaitu kredibilitas akun, daya tarik, kekuasaan, isi konten dan alur konten menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan konstruktivis dengan menggunakan FGD dan Wawancara untuk memperoleh data. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori analisis resepsi Stuart Hall yang dimana membagi 3 posisi dalam hal penerimaan konten yaitu hegemoni dominan, negosiasi dan oposisi serta encoding decoding menurut Stuart Hall. Peneliti mendapatkan hasil dari penelitian yang merupakan resepsi dari pengikut Instagram Jakarta_tourism yang berjumlah 8 responden yang dimana dalam hal kredibilitas akun sudah memiliki tingkat kredibilitas dengan adanya hak cipta di setiap konten, lalu untuk kekuasaan yang diberikan sudah sangat baik tetapi perlu ditingkatkan dalam segi respon terhadap komentar yang berada di setiap unggahan, selanjutnya mengenai isi konten dan alur konten disini sudah menarik tetapi perlu ditambahkan segmentasi tentang konten sejarah dan kehidupan masyarakat di kepulauan seribu dan mengenai daya tarik, kepulauan seribu sudah memiliki daya tarik tersendiri untuk wisatawan dan pengemasan dalam bentuk konten yang tersedia di akun Instagram jakarta_tourism sudah mempersuasi audiens dalam hal daya tarik destinasi wisata kepulauan seribu Kata Kunci: Analisis Resepsi, Instagram, Kepulauan Seribu
