Abstract

This research aims to measure and analyze the effect of using Instagram social media @pandawaragroup on environmentally friendly attitudes. In this study, there are two variables, namely the use of Instagram social media which is the independent variable (X), and an environmentally friendly attitude which is the dependent variable (Y). This research uses a positivistic paradigm with an explanatory quantitative approach. The method used in data collection is a survey of active followers of the @pandawaragroup Instagram account. Where researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents, using purposive sampling techniques. For data processing methods in this study, validity and reliability tests were carried out. While simple linear regression and hypothesis testing are used as data analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable use of Instagram social media has a significant effect on the variable environmentally friendly attitude. Keywords: Social Media Usage, Environmentally Friendly Attitude, Instagram Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial instagram @pandawaragroup terhadap sikap ramah lingkungan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel, yakni penggunaan media sosial Instagram yang merupakan variabel bebas (X), dan sikap ramah lingkungan yang merupakan variabel terikat (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivistik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan survei terhadap followers aktif akun Instagram @pandawaragroup. Dimana peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden sebanyak 100 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan media sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel sikap ramah lingkungan.
