Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan” yang dilakukan di PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk. Cabang Ciledug Tangerang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 42 orang menghasilkan bahwa variable lingkungan kerja tidak ada pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk. Cabang Ciledug Tangerang sedangkan variable disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk. Cabang Ciledug Tangerang. Kedua variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja dapat menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 23,3% sedangkan sisanya 76,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.The research entitled "The Effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance" conducted at PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk. Branch Ciledug Tangerang with the number of respondents as much as 42 people resulted that work environment variables no effect on employee performance PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk. Branch Ciledug Tangerang while work discipline variables affect the performance of employees of PT. Hero Supermarket, Tbk. Branch Ciledug Tangerang. Both work environment and work discipline variables can explain employee performance variation variation of 23.3% while the remaining 76.7% is explained by other variables that are not examined.
