Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi, Harga Jual Kembali dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah penghuni Perumahan Kopwani Village, Depok. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 120 responden dengan menggunakan metode Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel harga jual kembali berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian variabel yang terakhir yaitu variabel lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.This study was to determinethethe effect of Promotion, Resale Price and Location to Purchase Decision. The object of this research is the resident of Kopwani Village Housing, Depok. This research was conducted to 120 respondents using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of promotion signicantly influence the purchase decision. While the resale price variable has significant effect on the purchase decision. Then the last variable is the location variable has no effect on purchasing decision.
