Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia yang berjumlah 40 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengukuran tanggapan responden terhadap kuesioner dengan menggunakan 5 jenjang skala Likert. Data yang telah terkumpul diuji konsistensi dan kecermatan alat ukurnya melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, uji f dan uji t. Hasil dalam penelitian ini (1) variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ; (2) variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ; (3) kompensasi dan motivasi bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia. This research uses survey method. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia totaling 40 employees using saturated samples. Measurement of responses of respondents to the questionnaire by using 5 levels Likert scale. The collected data is tested for consistency and accuracy of the measuring instrument through validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, f test and t test. Results in this study (1) Compensation variables significantly affect employee performance; (2) Motivation variables significantly affect employee performance; (3) compensation and motivation together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
