Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Objek penelitian ini karyawan PT. Logamindo Persada, Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 43 responden menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan sedangkan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (Uji t).This studi aims to determin the effect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), labor dicipline and compensation for employee satisfaction. The object of the research employees of PT. Logamindo Persada, This studi was conducted on 43 respondents using saturated samples. The analysis and processed with SPSS version 20. The result of study indicate that partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has no significant effect on employee satisfaction, labor dicipline has no significant effect on employee satisfaction while compensation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction. This is evidenced from the result of partial test (Test t).
