Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, oranizational citizenship behavior dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor Kementrian Kelautan dan Perikanan RI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 69 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kementrian Kelautan dan Perikanan RI Jakarta.This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture on performance. The object of this research is the employee of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries RI Jakarta. This research was conducted on 69 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach with sampling method. Data analysis used is multiple linear reggression and processed with SPSS Version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that partially transactional leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the Office of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries RI Jakarta.
