Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Teknologi Informasi Perpajakan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah 120 karyawan. Sampel diambil 55 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah covenience sampling. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan jalur, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai positif dan signifikan.This study to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Directorate General of Taxation Technology Taxation Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The study population is 120 employees. Samples were taken by 55 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is covenience sampling. Hypothesis Testing using path, data analysis method used is PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation have positive and significant effect. This is evidenced from the results of t test shows a positive and significant value.
