Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. ISS INDONESIA. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. ISS INDONESIA. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji ketepatan model dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.This research aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The object of this research is PT. ISS INDONESIA. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the partial and simultaneous variables Work Environment and Work Discipline effect on Employee Performance PT. ISS INDONESIA. This is evidenced from the results of model accuracy test and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis.
