Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kebutuhan untuk Berprestasi dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Surya Toto Indonesia, Tbk Divisi Fitting Bagian Produksi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Surya Toto Indonesia, Tbk Divisi Fitting Bagian Produksi yang berjumlah 826 orang, jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 orang, yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebutuhan untuk berprestasi karyawan. Program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kebutuhan untuk berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to analyze the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program as the necessity for achievement and performance of employees at PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, Fittings Division, Production Department. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Surya Toto Indonesia, Tbk Fittings Division Production department which numbered 826 people, the number of samples is 99 people, which is calculated by Slovin formula. The sampling method uses Convenience Sampling. Method of data analysis using Partial Least Square. The results showed that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program has a positive and significant influence for achievement and performance of employees. The necessity for achievement has positive and significant influence on employee performance.
