Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian persediaan packaging fresh food dalam meningkatkan efisiensi biaya untuk mengetahui seberapa besar yang kebutuhan dalam pemakaian setahun serta proses pemesanan yang efisiensi untuk mengurangi biaya pemesanan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk pengumpulan data meliputi studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yaitu menjadi objek penelitian serta data di dapat dengan cara pengumpulan data sekunder langsung ke perusahaan dan melakukan wawancara ke penyedia data (ALC). dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan terhadap masalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Periode Order Quantity (POQ), untuk pengendalian persediaan packaging di divisi fresh food. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan sepuluh atribut packaging perusahaan dapat memperbaiki dalam pemesanan dan pengendalian persediaan packaging yaitu atribut packaging antara lain TR 3, TR 11, TR 17, TR 3 Hitam, Sarung Tangan Latex, Meat Dry Lock, Plastik Roll Bek, Wrapping Film, Label Timbangan, Label Barcode. Dalam pembelian packaging tersebut, dengan menerapkan metode (EOQ) PT. LotteMart Store Taman Surya dapat mengendalikan biaya persediannya dengan efisiensi biaya sebesar Rp 15.781.695 per-tahun sedangkan jika menerapkan metode (POQ) PT. LotteMart Store Taman Surya dapat mengendalikan biaya persediaannya dengan efisiensi biaya sebesar Rp 31.091.004. per-tahun.This study aimed to analyze the packaging of fresh food inventory control in improving the efficient costs to determine how much the needs in one year usage and ordering process efficiencies to reduce the cost of the reservation, type of research is quantitative descriptive research. For data collection include literature study and field study that is the object of research as well as data in the can by collecting secondary data directly to the company and conduct interviews to the data provider (ALC). the use of the research approach to malasah panalitian to make use of the method Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period of order Quantity (POQ), for inventory control fresh food packaging division. Based on the results penelitain can be concluded ten attributes packaging companies may Improving your in ordering and inventory control of packaging, which is an attribute of packaging include TR 3, TR 11, TR 17, TR 3 Black Gloves Latex,Meat Dry Lock, Plastic Roll Bek, Wrpping Film, Lebel Scales, Barcode Lebel. In the packaging purchases, By applying the method (EOQ) PT Lottemart Store Taman Surya persediannya to control costs with the cost efficiency of Rp15,781,695 per year whereas if applying the method (POQ) PT LotteMart Store Taman Surya can control costs with cost efficiency persediannya Rp 31,091,004.per year.
