Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh rekrutmen,kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kepercyaan organisasi terhadap kinerja call center di PT Bank Mega Tbk Tendean Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah call center sebanyak 295 call center yang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Dan kepercayaan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.This study aimed to decribe the effect of recruitment, transormational leadership and organizational trust its impact on the performance of call center in Bank Mega Tbk Tendean Jakarta. The population in this study is the call center by 295 call center consisting of men and women. The number of samples in this study was calculated using the formula Slovin the sampling method used is convenience sampling. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS Smart) version 3.0. The results showed that recruitment had a positive effect on employee performance. While the transformational leadership does not affect the performance of employees. And Organizational trust have a positive effect on performance.
